Unsuitable Goods

We are happy to refund any product returned within 30 days from receipt of your goods as long as it is returned in its original state. Please contact us to obtain a Requisition Form and reference number and instructions for the Returns procedure. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods. Once we receive the goods we will refund the cost of the goods (excluding any Freight costs) no later than 14 days from receipt of the goods.


Damaged or Faulty Goods

You must notify us of damaged or faulty goods inside 14 days from receipt of your goods. Once you contact us we will arrange collection of the damaged/faulty goods at our expense. Once returned to us, we will endeavour to repair or replace your goods and return them to you within 14 business days.


Warranty

For full details of our warranty policy please see the Warranty Policy section. Goods can be returned to us for warranty repair or replacement up to 12 months from receipt. Please contact us to obtain a Requisition Form and reference number and instructions for the Returns procedure. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods. Once returned to us, we will repair or replace your goods and return them to you within 14 days.

In all cases, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the goods being returned are suitably packaged, preferably in the original packaging.
